Return Process

  Log into your Shopssmartly account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
